Why did I fail to connect with the APP? Please ensure you have downloaded the correct app. The BR1 bulb is only compatible with the Lepro+ app.

Do I have to turn on Wi-Fi when connecting for the first time? We recommend turning on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth during the first pairing for subsequent remote control outside Wi-Fi range.

Do I still need to keep Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on after initial pairing? Once paired, you can control the bulb with Wi-Fi only or Bluetooth, within signal range.

Why can’t the old “Lepro LampUX” APP be used anymore? The new "Lepro+" APP offers improved features and functions, not compatible with the old app.

Why do my light bulbs flicker and lack brightness? The BR1 bulb is not compatible with physical dimmers. Install it in a circuit without a dimmer.
